While I loved engraving, and my store had so many great customers, from a company stand point, it could be awful. But overall I did enjoy the engraving, customers and job. It was fun, I did love it and loved my role as well, even if it was quite tedious and A LOT at times (like the company was like here add on these 13 more things every single week and fax all of them to your area Manager to prove you're doing them).
